Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of students? We are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to join schools in the South East London area.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with school experience and a willingness to work with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Responsibilities:
- Support classroom activities under the guidance of teachers.
- Provide onetoone assistance to students with additional needs.
- Assist in the implementation of inclusive learning strategies.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting a supportive environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a school environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with students with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
