POSITION OVERVIEW:
nWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to facilitate the post-M&A integration.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in working cross-functionally with global teams to ensure seamless project management, communications, stakeholder management & delivery.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


nDevelop and execute an integration project plan in alignment with Senior stakeholders & workstream leaders.nProject and resource planning with interdependencies of multiple workstreams, task management, prioritization & escalations.nCollaborate cross-functionally, ensuring effective multi-site collaboration, accountability, and delivery.nWork closely with workstream leads and internal teams to identify and address integration issues across all the functions.nStakeholders & risk management.nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the project team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.nServe as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including the acquired subsidiary leadership team, vendors, and partners, to facilitate effective communication and alignment of objectives.nProvide project management support to other assigned projects as and when required based on availability.nProject communication & governance.nTrack and maintain assigned budgets.nMaintain project dashboard, providing weekly update reports.


KEY EXPERIENCE:


nPrior experience in a project management role, preferably within M&A/Integration.nDegree in business administration, engineering, or related field.nProven track record of successfully managing complex projects and coordinating global teams.nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.nProficiency in project management tools preferably Jira or others e.g., MS Project & etc.
