We have a fantastic opportunity at AXA Global Healthcare for a Finance Planning & Analysis Manager to support the strategy of the IPMI division & Exec Committee through control, reporting, and analysis of business and financial information.

  • Track and report against budgets and forecasts
  • Develop new insight and analysis with strong financial controls

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly and quarterly financial results reporting
  • Develop key performance indicators for stakeholders
  • Provide robust business analysis for reviews
  • Identify and deliver deep dive topics
  • Advise on financial plans consolidation and forecasts
  • Maintain a repository of financial metrics
  • Offer financial and business expertise to support strategy
  • Drive market and competitor insight

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA)
  • Senior experience in insurance or equivalent
  • Knowledge of financial systems
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
