This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our work in preparing for the move to a brand new hospital; to support the Trust's strategic goals and objectives (Patients, People, Population) and our People Plan, with a specific focus on the delivery of highly specialist and complex organisational change and OD interventions to support the successful transition to a new hospital and a new Acute Care Model.


The successful applicant will have a key role in supporting the Head of Workforce Transformation, the Head of OD & Learning - and Senior OD personnel in the delivery of highly specialist and complex organisational change and OD interventions.

This will involve ensuring the effective implementation and oversight of key workforce & OD transformation project objectives to support the planning and move to a new hospital (MMUH) and the delivery of the Trust's People Plan to support culture change.


You will have an excellent track record of achieving results in a fast paced, large, complex organisation environment; excellent interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills alongside a creative, evidence basedapproach, and experience of a range of HR and OD change management processes.
