Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Manager to join an SME business based in Southampton on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to control all elements of the day to day accounting duties, reporting into the Managing Director.

The Role:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day function of the accounts department
  • Double entry bookkeeping
  • Daily and monthly reconciliations
  • Manage and process weekly payroll for the entire company, updating tax codes and ensuring personal records are up to date
  • Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts including accruals and prepayments
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Preferably AAT qualified
  • Must be computer literate, especially on Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Can work using their own initiative
  • Dynamic and a team player
