The trust has been rated outstanding by CQC and as a trust we do everything we can to embody our values of 'we care, we respect, we are inclusive'.

ELFT's vision to improve the quality of life for all those we serve has drawn us into new areas of work, including primary care.

As we move forwards to provide more primary care services it is an exciting time to be part of truly transformational change across the whole health and care system.

As part of the new primary care directorate within ELFT our team will be involved in leading triple aim population health quality improvement work.

Quality of care is our top priority.

It is at the forefront of all that we do and is firmly embodied in our mission to provide the highest quality primary, community and mental health care in England by 2020.

Being the best requires continual improvement
- always seeking to do things better. Sometimes it involves fundamental change in the way things are done, with everyone working together sharing the same passion and commitment.
