We are seeking a digital marketing professional prepared to elevate their career. Candidates with experience in Affiliate Marketing or Paid Search, whether from an agency or in-house setting, are encouraged to apply.
Success in this role relies on your ability to analyze data, maintain a growth-oriented mindset, and showcase commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and creativity. Build strong collaborative relationships with our data and product teams, as well as external partners, to drive collective success.

What you'll be doing?
- Support digital marketing planning and implementation, including PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, and other channels through agencies or internal teams- Measure and report on digital marketing campaign performance, evaluating against objectives- Contribute to annual and monthly planning with strategic recommendations based on insights- Collaborate with media agencies and internal teams on in-month planning and forecasting for digital channels- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and manage digital and website performance against agreed KPIs- Stay updated on competitor activities and leverage insights to optimize targeting and creative strategies- Identify digital marketing trends and insights for enhanced performance- Utilize various analytics tools to assess end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels- Contribute ideas to the digital marketing testing plan for incremental growth
Who are we looking for?
- Experienced in Paid Search and/or Affiliate Marketing for a Lead Gen company- Proficient in GA4, Google Ads, and AWIN for performance analysis- Budget management experience- Degree qualified in a relevant field- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with end-to-end project ownership- Proficiency in Excel- Understanding of market factors impacting digital performance
