Are you passionate about providing the best patient care? We are seeking a dynamic and driven Pharmacist to become part of our Medicines Management and Information Service team. This role involves collaborating with a colleague to lead the service and work on individual portfolios to enhance service offerings, improve quality, and ensure effective patient care.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to address complex medicine inquiries
• Experience in Medicine Management and Information Service is advantageous
• Contribute to face-to-face patient care with a focus on clinical pharmacy
• Deliver training to healthcare professionals, supporting skill development

We are looking for a GPhC registered Pharmacist with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. An independent prescribing qualification would be a plus.

Important qualifications for this role:

• Ability to work on an on-call rota and occasional weekends/public holidays
• Familiarity with new training standards in Pharmacy
• Experience in Primary Care and Community Service is beneficial
