Layer on variations of holiday types from seasonal flying, city breaks, beach holidays, winter sun, plus long haul and short haul, there is a lot to our data and the pricing decision to make.

Join us as a Yield Analyst to own your work end to end and make pricing decisions based off your analysis of all this data.

Working in real time reacting to changing circumstances you can see the impact and contribution to the business your pricing decisions make.

Ensure profitability/optimal revenue performance of designated destinations via the generation and execution of price changes through data analysis.
Maximise profitability/optimal revenue performance via yield management of prices in response to anticipated and proven consumer behaviour.
Review and analyse booking & web data to understand destination performance and maximise profitability.
Use the competitor data trends to analyse and make the pricing decisions.
Undertaken a pricing, yield or revenue role, preferably within the travel industry.
Ideas, questions, an enquiring approach, and creative problem solving.

To help you decide whether you would like to apply, as a guide, a typical salary in this role is around £32,000 to £35,000 per annum (this may vary depending on your relevant skills and experience).

Our offices are based in central Crawley and we offer hybrid working (within the UK only).

Office days are co-ordinated so that colleagues in the same team are in the office together to collaborate in person.

We usually support new colleagues in the office full time for the first few weeks

We are advertising this role as a permanent full time role, however if you would like to apply on a part time basis, you are welcome to open a discussion about this at the stage of the application process that suits you.

25 days holiday per calendar year, increasing by one day for every two complete years', to a maximum of 30 days, plus normal bank holidays.
