Your expertise will be key in helping individuals achieve and sustain new employment.

Inspire and Facilitate:
Lead engaging face-to-face and digital sessions that captivate and motivate participants.
Foster an inclusive environment that promotes active engagement and continuous learning, both in person and online.
Work closely with operational teams to create high-impact training solutions, including mock interviews and practical job search workshops.

Achieve Excellence:
Meet and exceed performance targets, Key Performance Indicators, and quality standards by delivering top-tier employability training.

Innovate with Content:
Develop and manage engaging content for our social media platforms to extend our reach and impact.
Keep detailed, quality participant records that document their journey in line with our standards and contractual obligations.

Experience In Training:
Proven track record in delivering engaging group training sessions.

Holding a recognised teaching or training qualification, with a solid understanding of recruitment legislation and the local job market.

You won't work on weekends or bank holidays
