A leading educational institution based in Bath have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join their friendly and vibrant team on a full-time basis.
The role is Monday to Friday working 37-hours a week with the option to work on a hybrid basis (2-days working from home).
This is a temporary position with a duration of 12-weeks and the potential to extend beyond this. You will be paid on a weekly basis.As a Recruitment administrator your duties will include:
- Writing up and advertising job descriptions
- Liaise with service managers and supervisors to ensure the service runs smoothly
- Setting up relevant paperwork for applicants and ensuring all compliance is completed
- Chasing up applicants documents such as passports and carrying out right to work checks
- Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor, report, and advise on the performance of functions for which you are responsible, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Schedule and allocate resources to maximise productivity and performance, including daily monitoring of works, liaising with customers and staff to ensure works are completed appropriately and that excellent service is provided

- Ability to prioritise deadlines and work at pace
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
