This is an exciting opportunity for an experience lawyer to join a newly created role overseeing legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations.
Responsibilities include providing legal guidance to leadership, managing Risk & Compliance, and serving as Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
The ideal candidate should be a qualified lawyer with a strong foundation across various legal areas, including corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
