Key Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with the Director of Stores, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to understand resource requirements and create recruitment plans.
  • Represent our brand externally, raising the profile of our business functions through social media and attraction.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, preparing candidates for interview, giving and receiving feedback, and negotiating successful offers.

Requirements
