We are looking for an experienced barista with a passion for crafting exceptional coffee beverages to join our small, dynamic team in a friendly environment.

As a barista you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering responsible for serving food and beverages up to a standard and excellent customer service.


Job Duties:

- delivering outstanding customer service
- making hot beverages
- keeping the café clean at all times
- restocking
- cash handling
- promotion our produce

You must:

- be barista trained (having at least 3 years of experience)
- be Food Safety trained
- be Heath and Safety trained
- be enthusiastic and friendly
- have basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating change
- have excellent time management to ensure orders are prepared promptly and accurately
- be able to work well under pressure, remaining organised and delivering a high quality of service
- have willingness to help team members during busy periods
- have excellent communication skills
- have ability to use initiative in quiet periods to utilise time on shift
