Someone to grow and maintain our Amazon / ebay accounts through sales strategies, listings creation and management, resolving cases, assisting with customer and account issues.


You will be working with customers to sell electronics for their consumer needs and will have a desire in communicating effectively and confidently with a range of people.


Duties Include:
Use of Amazon Sellers Account

Discussing and meeting customer needs

Import of orders from each marketplace platform into excel Transportation Sheet (Daily)

Ebay
Amazon

Updating of tracking numbers from transportation sheet due date (Daily)

Check for Metric Avoidance for each platform (Daily)
Dispatch times
Negative feedback
Removal of late delivery metric with Amazon Support
Responding to open returns on each platform
Routine review of listings (Daily)

Mailbox Management
Zoho Sales, Zoho Info Mailbox

Experience:


Experience using or selling on Ebay or Amazon is desirable as well as experience in a b2c sales capacity although training will be provided in your new role.
