Our client is a prestigious and well-established international telecommunications company, due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ a Manufacturing Operative for their Kings Lynn site.


This is a permanent position.
Hours will be Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.30pm and Friday 8am - 12pm.

36.25 hours per week.

25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Benefits include Pension Scheme, free parking, and free hot drinks.

Purpose and functions of the role:

Be proficient in preparation of components, subs, PCBs, box builds and system assemblies - using specified processes and quality standards.

Report processes, tooling and equipment related problems to the Operations Manager

Be proficient in the use of the entire test and programming equipment using specified processes.

Be proficient in soldering and reworking as specified within the company's quality standards. (Although training can be provided)

When requested, assist as a pro active team member with improvements.

Be proficient in conducting quality checks as specified within the company's IQA standards issued, record results.

Assist with teams training needs.

Have the ability to work on own initiative, under pressure to achieve set targets.

Any other reasonable tasks as required within the department.

Required for the role:

Knowledge and experience in electronics assembly/PC Production and testing would be advantageous.

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

Good attention to detail.

General computer skills.
