Helping mainly elderly people to stay in their own homes by assisting them with a wide range of services such as personal care, companionship, cooking meals and enjoying trips out makes a difference to their lives every single day and is immensely satisfying.

The work is extremely varied - no two days are alike and you will find that you build fulfilling relationships with appreciative Clients.


Typical tasks include; assistance with personal care and hygiene, food preparation, medication, shopping, housework and social support.

We are looking for Care Assistants who can work
Working a flexible shift pattern of either mornings, or afternoons and evenings either part time or full time and alternate weekends in Braintree, Uttlesford and surrounding areas.



Requirements of a Care Assistant:

  • Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
  • Have a genuine passion to want to help others
  • Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
