As a Kitchen Managerat our home, your role will involve:
Being accountable for the successful and effective operation of the kitchen, including food production, menu planning, staff management, supplies, presentation/service and record management
Compliance with quality and safety standards
Prioritising the culinary experience for our residents, focussing on inclusivity by ensuring all residents can participate in enjoying a varied and high-quality diet prepared in accordance with their individual needs
Inspiring and mentoring junior kitchen staff to maintain a reputation of culinary excellence within the home

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final.
