We currently have a vacancy for a Management Accountantbased in our Leeds office. The Management Accountant will join our Finance team, working alongside circa 8 colleagues and reporting to the Group Financial Controller. Due to growth, we're seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to oversee end-to-end transaction processing across Audience Collective, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and playing a pivotal role in enhancing our financial control environment. As our Management Accountant, you'll be at the forefront of our recently centralised Finance team, collaborating closely with the Group Financial Controller and agency Finance Business Partners. Your responsibilities will include directlymanaging two individuals inSales Ledger and Purchase Ledger, orchestrating seamless transaction processing, and contributing to enhancements in our reporting frameworks, systems, and controls. You'll be responsible for:
  • Overseeing transactional finance processes, managing Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger efficiently.
  • Providing weekly cashflow forecasts, informing payments and receipts profiles.
  • Coordinating weekly supplier payment runs in alignment with cashflow requirements.
  • Leading month-end processing of journals, including accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset registers.
  • Reviewing bank transactions daily and reconciling bank accounts meticulously.
  • Managing payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns and other statutory filings.
  • Providing ad hoc support to group and agency Finance Business Partners.
  • Undertaking ad hoc analysis and projects as required.

What are we offering? The salary range for this role is circa £35,000 and this is dependent on skills and experience.
