This high-stakes role requires your onsite presence 9 days per fortnight. Apply today and be part of something extraordinary

Key responsibilities
  • Define and develop system modelling approaches and architectural frameworks.
  • Implement system models using Sparx Enterprise Architect and define interfaces with tools like DOORS.
  • Create and enforce policies and procedures for daily engineering activities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure the model meets their needs.
  • Own and manage the DOORS model, including configuration and requirements management.
  • Develop and maintain the DOORS information schema, link sets, baselines, and modules.
  • Support and train the wider engineering community on tool usage.
  • Produce verification evidence roadmaps and develop verification models for system requirements.
  • Refine MBSE implementation, support documentation, and generate verification strategies.
  • Maintain model consistency, improve deployment, prepare metrics, and manage access.
Skills & experience
  • Strong SysML experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the full systems lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Sparx Enterprise Architect or similar tools.
  • Awareness of Systems Engineering across the development lifecycle.
  • Experience managing requirements in DOORS (or equivalent).
  • Administration experience with DOORS (or equivalent).
  • Previous verification experience on major programs.
  • Understanding of MBSE and Claims, Arguments, Evidence notation.
  • Knowledge of systems verification lifecycle and interface definitions.
  • Familiarity with requirements management and Polarian (desirable).
