Project Workers / Youth Worker (2 day roles and 1 night role)

The role of a project worker performs a critical role within our services and are a vital part of the team. To be successful in this role you will need to have a range of skills and abilities, and most importantly you will need to enjoy the challenges and rewards of working with young people.

Supported Accommodation Services in Lancashire

This service provides supported accommodation to young people aged 16-24 across a number of sites in Lancashire. These roles are based at their Preston city centre service,

The service aims to provide young people with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed for independent living. The young people who live in our accommodation are from a range of backgrounds and are often either in care, in the process of Leaving Care or have experienced homelessness. The services are staffed 24 hours per day by a dedicated team. Young people can live within our accommodation for up to 2 years so that they can move on successfully to their own accommodation in a planned and coordinated way.
