Executive Engagement Coordinator FTC 6M, London

  • In this role you'll_ be joining a "whiteglove" executive engagement team, strategically positioned to empower our sales teams and drive highimpact outcomes through our tier one events, _where you will thrive on the thrill of customer engagement and find joy in the fastpaced rhythm of collaboration, this is your perfect role._
  • You will join a dynamic team that is the hub of customer engagements; we work across all functions, supporting a range of engagements from events to customer meetings and executive briefings._

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Managers to ensure the success of customer engagements
  • Assist with managing all event and engagement logistics, including venue and speaker calendar scheduling, content, catering, and customer experience.
  • Liaise with Account Executives throughout the entire process to optimise success
  • Assist in the sourcing of internal speakers/executives for each meeting. Schedule speakers as necessary.
  • Gain an understanding of the goals of the briefings and each session to clearly articulate those in meeting invites and enquiries.
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of meeting materials needed for event (agendas, bespoke items to enhance the customer experience etc.)
  • Manage internal support required for onsite logistics (coordinating/backing up Office Management, IT, WEX etc.)
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of a presenters list
  • Assist with ad hoc projects

  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
  • Consistently display a positive, highenergy attitude and like to deliver an exceptional customer service
- keen attention to detail to ensure superior attendee experience.

  • Collaborate well across teams, exercise sound judgement, and stay calm under pressure
  • A solutionfocused approach to solving any issues that arise
  • Superior organizational skills to manage multiple engagements at one time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, inc Word and Excel.
