Job Title: Senior Early Help Practitioner

Contract: 3-6 months initially, potential for extension.

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week.

Location: Peckham

Pay Rate: £25-£32 per hour (negotiable based on experience).

Role Accountabilities:

  • Engage families to recognize the need for positive changes for their children's outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive family assessments considering various risk factors.
  • Create family plans with SMART objectives to address risks and enhance children's outcomes.
  • Regularly review family plans and strategize exit plans for sustainable progress.
  • Utilize evidence-based tools for engaging families and tracking progress.
  • Provide direct support to children and families using professional skills in various settings.
  • Collaborate with schools, health professionals, and other stakeholders for optimal outcomes.
  • Lead and coordinate Team Around the Family meetings for cohesive actions.

As a Senior Early Help Practitioner, you will ensure families receive respectful, timely, and effective support for better outcomes.
