You'll receive:

Adore recruitment is collaborating with a disaster response organization to recruit a Leak Detection Specialist.
This company specializes in responding to flood emergencies at high-value properties.
They maintain a reputable status in the sector for providing exceptional service.
As a specialist in high-value leak detection, you will visit properties affected by water leaks and damages, assessing the cause of the issues.
You will represent high-value insurers with an average policy cost of £30,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect water-damaged properties, assess damages, and provide leak detection reports.
- Conduct leak detection and trace and access tasks, including identifying leaks in water lines and heating systems.
- Utilize tools such as thermal imaging, gas tracer equipment, and dye testing.
- Handle distressed individuals or property owners, setting expectations and providing support.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate junior staff, overseeing projects from start to finish.
- Perform risk assessments and adhere to health and safety protocols.
Comprehensive training will be provided to enhance your performance.

Key Skills & Experience:
