Front of House

Duties:

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
  • Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized front end area
  • Food & drink preparation and bagging up
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting is desired, but not necessary as training is provided.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is desired.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures is desired.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment is desired.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must
