Tree Tops is a children's Occupational Therapy service based in Newton Aycliffe and Stockton.

We are a small team of therapists and administration staff, offering therapeutic interventions to children with sensory processing difficulties and other developmental disorders.


We are looking to appoint a full time Office Administrator to join us in our busy office and help further develop our services to families, education and health.

We would consider part time and term time only working.


We require a highly organised and meticulous individual with a background of office working, who can work both independently and part of a professional group.

A friendly warm approach with excellent communication skills are vital, as you will be dealing directly with families and children.

Advanced keyboard skills and knowledge of using Word and excel are also essential.

Key duties are:

  • Setting up assessment and treatment paperwork
  • General typing
  • Amending and sending reports
  • Filing and keeping the office supplies in order
  • Updating Excel documents
  • Organising training events
  • Deputising in the absence of Practice Manager
The role has the potential to develop so you will have daily responsibility for our small Stockton clinic.

Hours 37.5 hours

Holiday entitlement 5.6 weeks per year plus 3 gifted bank holidays

Based initially Newton Aycliffe office but may be expected to work over both sites

Subject to DBS check and 6-month probatory period

Car driver essential with a company pension available

Desirable - NVQ Level 4, and advanced secretarial skills
