We are now looking for an HR Associate to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will work closely with our HR Manager to deliver top-notch HR services to our Head Office staff.

This role involves supporting the HR manager in various HR processes and projects. You will be responsible for building relationships with staff and managers at all levels, offering guidance on HR issues, ensuring legal compliance, and minimizing risks and costs.

Here are some key responsibilities for this role:

  • Employee Relations:
    • Provide consistent and legally compliant advice to line managers
    • Support employees in understanding their rights and company policies
    • Manage ER cases and share outcomes with the HR team for consistency
  • Communication & Engagement:
    • Create clear and professional correspondence
    • Assist in onboarding processes and conducting inductions
    • Facilitate communication channels for employee engagement
  • Management Information, Process & Systems:
    • Maintain accurate HR data using HR systems
    • Ensure timely updates of company systems
    • Assist in payroll processing and absence management
    • Analyze management information to support decision-making
    • Contribute to HR Operations reporting and processes

Desired qualifications and skills:

  • Displays discretion and maintains confidentiality
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrates customer focus and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Visio
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to build effective relationships
  • CIPD qualification or 2 years of HR experience is preferable
