  • Lead the way in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of our mental health services, driving towards meaningful outcomes for our clients.
  • Set and maintain high clinical standards, audit activities and driving strategies for continual improvement.
  • Innovate new clinical services that meet the needs of our clients, optimizing processes for maximum effectiveness.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to clinical expert for our mental health services, guiding assessment and treatment methods.
  • Develop clinical guidelines to ensure consistency and safety in patient care.
  • Provide training, audit, and support for our clinical team to ensure compliance and confidence in their roles.
  • Offer clinical support and risk management for our services, ensuring the safety of our clients.
  • Lead clinical audits, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve clinical KPIs and address areas for development.
  • Support investigations into clinical complaints or competency issues.
  • Contribute to research projects and new clinical initiatives to keep us at the forefront of mental health care.
  • Engage with clients and support business development efforts related to our mental health services.
  • Be a vital member of our Clinical Management Team, shaping our strategic plans and ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements
  • Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist
  • Minimum 5-years Mental Health experience through both virtual and face to face treatment and assessment
  • Leadership experience
  • Full BABCP accreditation
  • BABCP Supervisors accreditation
  • Mental Health Core Profession
