Job Description

DCE is a proprietary platform built to deliver effective, personalised communications at scale. It brings together an innovative approach to the ideation and development of dynamic creative, a tech platform to automate delivery and optimisation in social and programmatic platforms to deliver both effectiveness (more positive outcomes) and efficiency (positive outcomes that cost less).

Role

The Project Manager is responsible for creating high- and low-level plans that detail the effort estimates, timing and coordination from the creative, production, media planning, ad operations and client teams, for the use of internal management, and for presentation to clients.

Key tasks

  • Project planning, client relationships, and delivery for assigned accounts, ensuring success and client satisfaction.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (internal & external) including developers, designers, and marketing specialists to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute content strategies that leverage the dynamic content engine's capabilities for optimal audience engagement.
  • Create comprehensive project plans with accurate timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure realistic client expectations and successful project delivery.
  • Analyse platform usage data and campaign performance to inform content optimization strategies and maximize results for clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing clear and concise communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Possess a strong understanding of dynamic content creation, distribution, and optimization principles. Familiarity with relevant APIs and integrations is a plus.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, readily adapt to changing priorities, and embrace continuous learning to stay on top of the latest dynamic content technologies.
Qualifications

The following skills are essential for this role:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably focused on data-driven or development projects.
  • Possess a working knowledge of Agile methodologies (daily scrums, sprint planning, release control) and a Scrum Master certification (bonus).
  • Skilled in creating cost/timeline proposals, project plans, and identifying/mitigating project risks.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with developers, creative teams, producers, testers, and other project managers to ensure clear project communication and understanding.
  • Competent in project management tools (MS Project, Visio, JIRA) and possess a general understanding of digital marketing concepts like dynamic creative optimization, programmatic advertising, and Machine Learning/AI concepts (bonus).
  • Be an articulate, strong, confident communicator, able to handle pressure, juggle multiple projects, and manage demanding client needs.
  • Possess a general understanding of the full digital marketing campaign cycle and experience working in the media industry.
  • Ad Tech Knowledge (Bonus): Demonstrate knowledge of advertising technology vendors (DSPs, Ad-servers, Social Platforms).
