- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate expertise in areas like occupational engagement and skills development.
- Manage a caseload, perform assessments, and implement interventions aligned with care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support junior staff including support staff and assistants.
- Supervise occupational therapy student placements.
- Conduct appraisals and personal development plans for junior staff.
- Develop and implement policies, protocols, and care pathways.
Requirements:
- Occupational Therapy profession qualification.
- Clinical experience with children and young people with complex needs.
