I am proud to be working with my client in the education sector based in Peterborough who are seeking an HR Assistant to support their busy HR team with HR, recruitment and benefit activities.
Your new role
As the HR Assistant, you will work closely with the HR Director and the rest of the central HR team to provide administrative support including taking the lead on recruitment administration and pre-employment checks for central office roles as well as HeadTeachers and Senior Leadership.
You will also support key meetings with our Senior Leadership Teams and Unions, collating and distributing board packs within given timescales, and taking and distributing minutes, as well as the Pay and Reward team on the administration of benefits and salarysacrifice schemes.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £26,000, plus 26 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension scheme, flexible hours, and salary sacrifice benefits.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in the Peterborough and 3 from home.What you need to do now
