We are Hiring - JOB PURPOSE:

Join us as a Rectifier in the Trim & Final / End of Line area, where your main responsibility will be to rectify and fit components at various off-track assembly stages.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out rectification work in compliance with required processes and standards utilizing the EASE system.
  • Perform off-track shortage fitting according to VIS Standards.
  • Validate reworks and escalate concerns to tech stations using BIS structure.
  • Repair any identified issues from audits.
  • Enter repair actions into the Flags system, implement corrective measures, and control processes.
  • Conduct TPM and Lean activities.
  • Provide training to local zone build technicians.
  • Adhere to company safety, housekeeping, and discipline standards.
  • Ensure safe storage of controlled substances/components in designated locations.
  • Support quality, productivity, and process improvements initiatives like Kaizen, 6 Sigma, and PPS initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:

Completion of a relevant automotive apprenticeship (city & guilds level 2+ or equivalent) is desirable.

Essential previous experience in the automotive industry.

Required working knowledge of all build stages.

Manual dexterity, mechanical/quality aptitude.

Positive attitude, commitment to task completion at the expected quality level.

Capability to work independently and interpret engineering circuit drawings/process sheets accurately.

Role involves standing throughout the shift.

Flexibility to work varying shift patterns, overtime, and weekends to meet production targets.

Valid UK Driving Licence.

Candidates must be prepared to work in different areas as needed.

Offer based on a Fixed-Term Contract until December 31, 2024.
