My client is looking for a Client Accountant to join their team. You will need to be Qualified or part-qualified accountant with the following qualification: ACCA, ACA.

This is a fast-paced role, managing the accounts for a growing company so previous experienceof 3 years working in a similar role is must.

This role will be covering both the UK and Ireland so previous experience working across these regions would be beneficial.


Duties:

  • Using Xero and addons such as Dext.
  • Ability to produce statutory accounts, management accounts, regulatory returns, and tax computations.
  • To include involvement in management meetings and reporting directly to the Managing Director on a regular basis
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of strong working processes, and providing day to day training support to the team

Skill:

  • Completing or part/fully qualified (ACA or ACCA).
  • Experience in Xero cloud accounting technology essential.
  • Dynamic, team orientated, and confident.
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, and passionate.
  • 3+ years previous accountancy practice experience essential.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Great organisational and communications skills (role does involve client contact)
  • Superb communications skills, particularly in meetings and on the telephone
