Description Motability Operations are currently recruiting for an MI Analyst to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. Joining the Vehicle Remarketing Department (VRM) of the UK's largest vehicle leasing company, this role will provide insight and reporting to help identify opportunities to improve the resale values of the 225k ex-lease cars sold back into the used car market each year. We are looking for someone with experience in a MI Analyst role to provide management information (MI) and insight to support Vehicle Remarketing (VRM) in improving performance against key metrics. To consistently monitor performance and proactively search for opportunities for improvement. Developing a strong understanding of the reporting needs of individual areas within VRM and providing engaging self-service solutions. Qualifications You have experience in a MI Analyst role, with experience of working with data visualisation tools. You should be comfortable dealing with large data sets and able to understand stakeholder requirements to provide tangible MI solutions and insight. Minimum criteria:
  • Ability to communicate with clarity and to have confidence in dealing with all levels of staff and external partners

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience of providing self-service solutions
  • MI skillset including data visualisation, VBA, Macros along with experience of using SQL to drive insight and reporting outcomes
  • Experience with Oracle Analytics (OAS) or other data visualisation tools and the ability to carry out:
