What you'll do
Reporting to the Creative Director of Advertising Design, this senior role supports the smooth management of a critical design team. The successful candidate will lead a team of multidisciplinary designers on some of our most important ATL TV & Product campaigns at Sky, with plenty of creative autonomy and responsibility for line management of multiple designers.
What you'll bring
- You will have an outstanding portfolio of work across multiple platforms and channels.
- A passion for creating industry-leading designs for campaigns where the idea is key.
- Proven strategic and conceptual thinking, seamlessly taking ideas from TV to trade – print, digital, and social media.
- Strong track record in people management, mentoring, and team leadership.
- Substantial knowledge of photography, shoot planning, art direction, and post-production.
- Ability to take and work with criticism in a positive, pragmatic way.
- High levels of personal motivation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with wider departments and third parties.
- Experience working on leading tech brands (Apple, Samsung, Sony, Dell, LG, Google, or similar) is desired but not essential.
