Market Research Project Coordinator

Bunnyfield is a participant (fieldwork) recruitment agency and the recruitment division of our sister company, Bunnyfoot, a user experience (UX) consultancy.

We specialise in finding participants for our paid user research and product testing research sessions.

About the role


Working within our fieldwork team, you will be responsible for the recruitment of participants for market research sessions nationwide from our extensive UK database, taking full ownership of your designated projects.

This will include briefings from clients, recruiting from our database or free-find, with tight deadlines and strict specifications. We are also looking for people who can bring new ideas and ways of working. You will interact with all areas of the business.

Our research sessions are typically 60 minutes long and participants are paid £50-£60 for taking part.

Bunnyfield have a database of participants but, at times, you will be required to engage with people via other online platforms, or to think outside of the box, to find the right people.


Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Costing recruitment jobs and creating client proposals
  • Attending online project briefing calls
  • Creating online surveys for screening participants (training will be provided, but surveybuilding experience an advantage)
  • Correctly recruiting relevant participants for market research projects to match the given brief
  • Solving problems related to the recruitment of participants
  • Keeping Project Manager/clients/Team Manager updated with progress
  • Ensuring the smooth running of research sessions
  • Handling participant data in line with current GDPR regulations
  • Working in line with the MRS Code of Conduct
  • Connect with participants via social media platforms to generate interest in projects
  • Keep project details updated on all participant engagement platforms i.e. website, Facebook, Instagram

Requirements:

Essential skills/experience:

  • Great interpersonal skills: client service orientated
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Sound organisational skills, some project management experience would be an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and to work in a fastpaced, changeable environment
  • Selfmotivated
  • An interest in market research
  • Travel to the office once or twice a week will be required

Useful Skills:

  • Survey / screener building experience
  • Research participant recruitment (onstreet, free find, database, athome participant recruiter)
