We pay £9.80 for new starters, rising to £10.20 once you pass probation and upon completion of the Level 3 Diploma (if you haven't already got it).

We pay enhancements for bank holidays, and £50 per night for a sleep-in shift Above all, we support and nurture our amazing staff.


Our personalised supported living and outreach service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs is currently searching for one person to help enhance our amazing team.


  • Due to the nature of the industry and the adult we are recruiting for, we do require female only applicants_


Seeds Care aim is to provide support which develops Service Users' skills in order for them to live meaningful, empowered and enjoyable lives, reaching their full potential.

Every day will be different, and you will be instrumental in supporting young people to live independently, with dignity and guidance.


Our recruiting service supports young adults with challenging behaviour, and therefore, experience in this field would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.

We would love to hear from applicants who have experience with

  • Learning Disabilities
  • Autism and /or Asperger's
  • Providing structure and consistent boundaries
  • Supporting independence and daily living skills, as well as communitybased activities
  • Supporting effective social communication
  • Experience with challenging behaviour including verbal and physical aggression
  • Knowledge of positive behaviour support

Desirable skills:

  • Supporting able young adults
  • Competent, confident and proactive with lone working
  • Understanding the impact of Trauma

The successful applicant will be able to work short and long days, every other weekend and may be required to complete sleep ins.
