As a Packaging Deployment Specialist, you'll lead the way in shaping the future of packaging for the UK&I region. We need someone dynamic and motivated to drive our packaging projects to success, exceeding expectations and delivering quality solutions that reflect our brand identity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative packaging solutions for new product launches, promotions, and modifications.
- Ensure alignment with Group standards on innovation, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Propose optimizations for packaging lines to achieve continuous improvement.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, collaborating with various departments.
- Analyze and validate cost sheets for project viability.
- Conduct feasibility studies and make informed decisions considering plant/copacker requirements and market demands.
- Assess and deploy packaging solutions based on structural integrity, brand coherence, cost efficiency, and complexity management.
- Maintain technical documentation in adherence to Packaging Department guidelines.
- Implement standard documentation in plant and copacker environments.
Who we are looking for:
- Effective project management skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements in a team environment.
- Understanding of standard packaging materials and industrial technologies.
- Knowledge of packaging testing procedures and equipment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and ArtiosCAD for designing packaging solutions.
