The role


Working within the Sales Operations function, you'll provide invaluable support to your sales team, clients and intermediaries across the whole sales journey,.


With the customer and people at the centre of everything you do, you'll enjoy a busy, varied role - gathering and uploading new business enquiries, pulling together regular reporting and supporting well establised existing business clients with queries on their accounts.

You'll play a crucial role in helping the sales team in the acquisition, management and retention of all accounts.

How you'll help us make health happen

  • Lead and own client specific administration, understanding business processes, products and platforms.
  • Analyse and interpret client data and manage this information to ensure that data quality controls are adhered to.
  • Proactively foster and develop excellent working relationships with our customers and intermediaries and maintain a network of stakeholders and facilitate solutions to issues, queries or complaints
  • Own and prioritise your own workload and maintain and produce reports to demonstrate effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the B2B Product and Service proposition.
  • Achieve targets relating to productivity and quality measures, using a variety of established administrative processes.
  • Undertake root cause analysis in relation to customer and group impacts and identify areas for improvement or impact on processes.
  • Manage busy mailboxes effectively within set SLA.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role

  • An enthusiastic, proactive team player who's comfortable working independently
  • Experience working in a customerfacing role is a must
  • Brilliant organisational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and demands are key
  • Confidence to liaise with internal and external customers and wideranging stakeholders at all levels
  • A doer, keen to learn new systems
