Vested Search are excited to partner with a globally established hedge fund in the search for a newly created Tax Director position within their London team

Running EMEA tax for their management company, this is a corporate and international tax focused Tax Director position aligned to running tax for entities in the region as well as ad-hoc global projects in corporate tax

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of corporate tax and income tax reporting across EMEA and global entities for the management company, working closely with external service providers/counsel to manage completion
  • Tax provisions support and tax operations support, working closely with the middle and back office
  • Transfer pricing and operational tax support on wider global initiatives where linked
  • International tax policy/Pillar II/BEPS support where required
  • Indirect tax support both within the UK and globally

Candidates should come from a strong corporate tax background in the financial services industry
