Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and fabric issues
  • Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures, or appliances
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Experience:

  • Proven experience in general maintenance and repairs
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and trades surrounding maintenance
  • Ability to read and interpret job sheets and information
  • Proficient in English language (both written and verbal)
- residential experience is a must.

Skills:

  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong building knowledge and ability to use a variety of tools and equipment
  • Using initiative is key
  • Customer serviceoriented with good communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£15.00-£25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

  • Maintenance: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (required)
