Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting a family run business in a beautiful rural setting on the outskirts of Bath in the recruitment of a permanent office administrator to join the team.

Duties within this role will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering the telephone and making cold calls to collect data. (Not sales)
  • Updating records and managing a database.
  • Creating marketing campaigns.
  • Typing documents/lot descriptions.
  • Website uploading of sales information and photographs.
  • Creating sales invoices and credit control.
  • Booking collections and arranging transport.
  • Preparation of export documentation.
  • General office duties, digital filing, calendar entry and arranging meetings, etc.

Essential requirements:
Must be computer literate and have experience using an Apple Mac Computer.

Quickbooks would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

Due to the location of the role having your own transport would be desirable.


This is a full time role with an annual of £22k per annum with a review after probationary period along with a performance related bonus and free parking onsite.

Monday to Friday 08:30am - 16:30pm

Our client is looking to fill this role quickly so being immediately available would be an advantage.
