Key Responsibilities of a Mortgage Administrator
- Engage with clients, lenders, solicitors, and advisers to address queries and provide guidance throughout the mortgage process.
- Collect necessary documentation for lenders, ensuring compliance and document submission through lender portals.
- Promote additional services to clients, creating avenues for uncapped commission.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills by actively communicating with BDMs and solicitors to resolve issues promptly.
- Manage Mortgage & Protection administration from initiation to completion.
- Maintain an organized and efficient company pipeline.
- Follow processes diligently and efficiently.
- Achieve and surpass targets consistently to drive personal and team success.
Package for Mortgage Administrator
- Remote position with a monthly meeting at the Bath office.
- Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
- Competitive salary ranging from £20k to £24k (based on experience).
- Uncapped Commission for Will & Wealth referrals.
- Additional bonuses and performance incentives.

Requirements for a Mortgage Administrator
- Work remotely with a monthly in-person meeting at the Bath office.
- Prior experience in mortgage administration is essential.
