Role Overview:

As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our bustling food site in West London. Your responsibilities will include maintaining, repairing, and optimizing electrical components and systems to sustain efficiency and safety standards. Working in a dynamic environment, you will collaborate with various teams to swiftly and effectively tackle maintenance challenges.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems and equipment to detect and address potential issues.
  • Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and implement efficient repair solutions to reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate across functions to prioritize and coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to electrical regulations and standards in all maintenance tasks.
  • Take part in the procurement process for components and equipment, ensuring suitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to operational teams on electrical safety protocols and best practices.
  • Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and upgrades, to uphold comprehensive records of electrical system performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in electrical maintenance roles, preferably in a fast-paced industrial environment (minimum 2 years).
  • Proficient knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to efficiently troubleshoot electrical issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work setting with changing priorities and deadlines.
