To make it happen, we need individuals with specific expertise, and this role plays a crucial part in our evolution.

Your Role

  • A seasoned global Communications Leader with a background in B2B SaaS, you will lead the development of a comprehensive Communications and Customer Advocacy function for scalability. This involves spearheading a top-notch strategy, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and executing plans at a rapid pace.
  • Establishing and enhancing the global Communications function, including Internal Communications, Employee & Customer Advocacy, Brand & Talent Branding, Analyst Relations, Investor Relations, and Community programs.
  • Setting ambitious goals, defining strategic priorities, and establishing the necessary infrastructure to achieve them.
  • Playing a vital role in shaping our Brand narrative, offering data-driven insights, and continuously refining the approach.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams on coordinated campaigns to drive our acquisition strategy forward.
  • Engaging closely with go-to-market teams to uncover newsworthy content and customer stories, crafting data-driven narratives, and supporting deal outcomes.
  • Developing our social advocacy strategy and implementing processes and tools for effective delivery.
  • Being the domain expert and contributing to shaping the broader business strategies.
  • Utilizing your Customer Advocacy expertise to establish a top-tier program, leading the community, and fostering mutual value.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in leading external Communications teams in multi-geography scale-up scenarios, consistently exceeding expectations across all metrics.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a strong presentation background and executive presence.
  • Proven track record across all Communications functions, capable of setting ambitious goals and delivering results.
  • Proficiency in team-building, internally and externally, across virtual and structural setups, and creating a compelling vision.
  • A passion for storytelling and a keen interest in staying updated with industry news.
  • Experience working collaboratively across different functions.
  • Strong project management capabilities, managing multiple projects from start to finish.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset, emphasizing on metrics.
  • Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced environment characterized by constant change.
  • Competitive nature with a history of enabling Brands to outperform.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing strategies in the US and other regions.
  • A track record of achieving awards for brands and customers.
  • An established network of external communication channels.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £160,000 to £170,000, accompanied by a performance-based bonus of 20-25%. Additionally, we provide:
