The Role:

We are looking for a vibrant individual to lead the creation of our P&C claims department, starting with travel, warranty, and pet claims. We seek someone who is customer-centric and data-driven, striving to develop a TPA solution that aims for perfection.

The perfect candidate will collaborate with our commercial team to onboard new clients, partner with the product team to build an efficient and customer-focused claims system, and assemble an exceptional claims team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust, customer-centric, and data-driven claim-handling process
  • Collaborate with the product team to create a system that supports the best-in-class claim-handling process
  • Assist the commercial team in understanding insurers' challenges and guiding new client onboarding
  • Build and nurture a top-tier claims team through recruitment, coaching, and retention efforts
  • Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to continually improve and optimize the claims process, guaranteeing a consistently outstanding customer experience

Experience:

  • Prior experience in P&C claims management. We appreciate individuals who have started by managing claims themselves and progressed up the ladder
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and lead claims teams, ideally overseeing groups of 10 or more individuals
  • Proficient in developing, documenting, and visualizing claim processes
  • Experience in launching and expanding claim functions for new products
  • Passion for delivering a claims experience ten times better than the current market standard
  • Previous involvement with US and International Claims/Clients is advantageous
