Trainee/Junior Financial Adviser - Boutique IFA firm - SW London £35k - £40k - Full training to be an adviser and get CAS sign off
My client is an award-winning wealth planning firm with its main office on the border of Surrey/Southwest London.

I have recruited for them across all levels over the past few years and they are fortunate to have a very high level of staff satisfaction andretention.

They operate on a whole of market basis across:
pensions, investments, tax planning, protections etc. with HNW city professional, retirees, families and some corporate clients. They have grown the trust of their clients over many years and grownorganically via recommendation and referral.

They have no intention of joining large networks and be acquired by consolidator firms, they prefer to remain boutique and high functioning and building the best relations with their clients as opposed to stackingAUM.

Due to an internal promotion a vacancy has become available for a Trainee /Junior Adviser.

This role will be suitable for an Paraplanner who has completed their diploma and is looking for the next step.

You could be a Trainee Adviser who is attending clientmeetings or possibly you are a junior adviser who has been client facing for approximately 1 year and does their own paraplanning.

My client may also consider an adviser who has been client facing for under 2 years.

You will be working in a very dynamic andforward-thinking team who all have a progressive mindset and want to achieve at the highest level and drive the business forward and get the most out of their careers.

The team have a "work hard play hard" mentality and service their longstanding clients whoall live in Surrey and South London.

You will be mentored by one of the Senior Advisers and they will put together a plan of action for you to build you own book of business over time.

My client are looking to offer circa £35k - £40k basic salary. You will get 23 days holiday, your birthday off work and full study support to your chartered status.
