With the growing demands in our delivery schedules, we are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Manager/Supplier Development Manager to join our team in the Sub-Assemblies division. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise to optimize supplier performance, capabilities, and risk management. Working collaboratively across various projects, they will navigate through a dynamic environment, blending established practices with innovative technologies.
Qualifications and Skills we are seeking:
We are in search of a seasoned Supply Chain professional, preferably with a degree and a proven track record in global tech companies. While experience in Aerospace, Defence, or Manufacturing sectors is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
Key qualities we prioritize:
- Demonstrated proficiency in enhancing Supplier Performance in terms of delivery and quality using relevant tools and lean methodologies
- Hands-on management of a supplier portfolio on a daily basis, ensuring performance is reported to project leads and addressing supply chain risks efficiently
- Capability to assess supplier capacities and evaluate the supply chain's alignment with the company's delivery needs, both current and future
- Expertise in creating process flows, lead time analysis, capacity evaluations, bottleneck identification, yield assessment, resource mapping, and sub-tier integration for a comprehensive supplier overview
- Strong problem-solving skills, including experience with methodologies like DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) for root cause analysis and process enhancements
- Ability to foresee and mitigate potential supply chain risks, developing strategies for improvement and risk mitigation
- Proficient in conducting in-depth analyses and presenting concise executive reports to stakeholders
