We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement & Supply Chain Officer to join our team at Cirrus Selection Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the roll-out of S/4HANA across our business.
About the Role:
The Procurement & Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for working closely with our Group Procurement & Supply Chain teams, the overall Systems Integrator, and partners to deliver a successful solution. This will involve communicating a vision for the deployment of S/4HANA and supporting the teams to learn how to maximize the new system.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver a common set of S/4HANA Procurement & Supply Chain capabilities while respecting local legal and regulatory requirements, replacing a range of bespoke systems used today.
- Support the UK Procurement & Supply Chain input to the design and implementation of a harmonised/standardised process that can be implemented in S/4HANA.
- To represent the needs of the UK Procurement & Supply Chain within the project team and ensure that requirements are given due consideration in the design and implementation phases.
- Identify opportunities to improve UK Procurement & Supply Chain processes and maximize the benefits of S/4HANA within the function.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Procurement & Supply Chain role.
- Must have experience with SAP products or S/4HANA (desirable).
- Ability to present and articulate a point of view, improvement, or working method.
- Experience in a complex matrix multi-national organization.
- Excellent communication, influence, persuasion, and project management skills.
- Comfortable making decisions for change, where limited information may be available.
- Proven track record of delivering value-added improvement/transformations in a Procurement setting.
