We are a family run business that have a vacancy for a part time admin assistant within our office team.
Working Monday to Friday 9.30am-3pm.
The job role will involve working within a small office team to ensure smooth and prompt running of the office, providing both our suppliers and customers with excellent service.
The role includes:
Using Sage accounting system, Excel, Word and Dropbox software.
Processing incoming and outgoing data.
Raising invoices and statements.
Weekly payroll and holiday entitlement processing.
Ordering of office stationery, staff uniform etc.
Preparing loading documents for shipment within both the UK and Europe.
Ensuring all required legal documents are kept up to date.
Arranging transport for both collections and deliveries into site.
Experience of working within an office environment is preferred but not essential.
Full training will be given.
